Delete app data

Your RINGRINX records are stored on your phone. You can delete them directly in the app, without contacting us or submitting an account-deletion request.

Open Data management in the app

Go to Me → Data management, then choose what you want to remove. If a workout is running, finish it first.

Delete health history

Remove health, sleep, workout, measurement and alert records from your phone. Your ring stays connected, and your profile and settings are kept. Later syncs continue with new data.

Unpair ring and delete all local data

Remove the ring connection and all app records from this phone, including your profile and settings. This does not reset the ring. If you pair it again, recent records still on the ring may sync back to the app.

Deleted records cannot be restored in the app. To keep a copy, use Export data on the same screen before deleting.
