A few things to try

  • Ring not connecting? Make sure it is charged, keep it near your phone and check that Bluetooth is on.

  • Check your phone settings to see whether RINGRINX has the permissions needed for the feature you are using.

  • When you email us, a short description of the issue, your phone model and app version will help us understand what happened.
